We are seeking dietetic interns or advanced nutrition students (graduate or undergraduate) to perform nutrient analysis, recipe revision and completion of projects related to school nutrition services. This is an unpaid position. Two of four people in our office are RDNs (myself included); we are also preceptors and can offer competencies that match most students' or interns' program needs. We are a medium sized school district (9,000+ students); we pride ourselves on creating nutritious, culturally diverse food for students of all ages and backgrounds.
Job Expectation : Flexible hours (3-15) hours a week or more, depending on needs and project. Applicants need to be organized, responsive to communications, courteous and professional. They also need to be familiar with MS Office, Google Drive, recipe creation and software, foodservice concepts, and evidence based nutrition.
