We're seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian who's passionate about providing quality nutritional care to residents in a long-term care setting. You'll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team to improve residents' health, comfort, and quality of life — all while enjoying an office with a beautiful view of the RFK Bridge in Astoria!

Job Expectation : Key Responsibilities ● Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans. ● Ensure accurate MDS completion and nutrition documentation. ● Participate in care plan meetings and communicate with the interdisciplinary team. ● Conduct meal rounds, evaluating food quality, appearance, and temperature.
